A blend of asynchronous video lectures and interactive cohort sessions gives you both flexibility and collaboration.
Week 1 – Foundations of AI & Product Management
Understand the AI landscape, core technologies (ML, NLP, CV, GenAI), data foundations, ethics, and how they intersect with product management.
Hands-on: AI concept mapping and solution brainstorming.
Week 2 – Identifying & Validating AI Opportunities
Use frameworks like AI Canvas and Pain–Gain Mapping to find and evaluate high-impact AI opportunities.
Learn agile AI methods, UX principles, and MLOps basics to move from idea to feasibility.
Week 3 – AI Product Strategy & Metrics
Craft winning strategies and success frameworks.
Define North Star Metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and learn how to measure engagement, satisfaction, trust, and model quality.
Apply everything through the a Fashion E-Commerce Chatbot case study.
Week 4 – AI PRDs, Testing, and Roadmaps
Adopt the Working Backwards approach, create full PRDs, and plan your roadmap.
Learn how to test AI products—A/B tests, hallucination control, bias detection, and AI Eval (LLM-as-a-Judge).
Week 5 – Scaling AI Products & Future Trends
Dive into Build vs Buy vs Partner frameworks, synthetic data, multi-modal design, Generative AI optimization, and AI copilots.
End with a capstone strategy session on evaluation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

I work full-time, what’s the expected time commitment?

Almost all of the participants of this course are full-time working professionals. Each week’s video content will be shared with you in advance, and you can watch & learn at your own self-pace. Interactive-live sessions are also being recorded and uploaded to the same portal you’ll find the video content.
